SS- Solis Sacerdotibus Rennes-le-Chateau+Parchment

To begin with, Solis Sacerdotibus are the last two words from the "1st" Parchment from RLC, and translate as "Only for the Inititated", or "Only for the Priesthood".  Another possibility however, with the word "Solis", is not just "only", but meaning the Sun (Sol).  Could it therefore also be understood as The Sun Initiated, or the Sun Priesthood?

Why does the bottom of the Small Parchment say "NICE BATMAN AND CAKES"?
